    2階に上がると、白樺に包まれた「天空の茶室」が広がります。ガラス張りの空間から眺める四季折々の自然は、雪景色や新緑、紅葉といった美しい日本の風景そのもの。茶道の体験では、静寂の中で抹茶を味わいながら、心が澄み渡る時間を過ごせます。

書道を体験します。最初に筆使いを学び、「漢字」を練習した後、想い出に残るオリジナル作品を作成していただきます。ここでは、日本の神社で奉納される「絵馬」皆様の願い事を込めて、今年の干支や目標、想いを綴ってみましょう。記念にお持ち帰りください。この木札を「絵馬」といいます。裏表をお好きに書や絵を描くことができます。
Experience Japanese calligraphy. You will first learn how to use a brush and practice “kanji” (Chinese characters), then create an original work of art that will remain in your memory. Here, you will create an “ema,” a votive tablet dedicated at a Japanese shrine, in which you will write your zodiac sign for the year, your goals, and your wishes. Please take it home as a souvenir.
  This wooden tag is called an “ema” (votive tablet). You can write or draw on the reverse side as you like.

First Half : Creative Expression with a Brush
In the first part of the session, feel free to draw or write anything you like with a shodo (Japanese calligraphy) brush. You can draw pictures, shapes, or write letters—whatever inspires you. Hold the brush however feels natural for your warm-up. The goal is to enjoy the process and explore your creativity.
Tea Time: Share Your Dreams
During tea time, let’s relax and chat about your dreams and aspirations for this year. It’s a perfect moment to connect, reflect, and enjoy a peaceful break.
Second Half : Mastering the Brush
Japanese calligraphy brushes are softer than regular painting brushes, which may make them more challenging to control at first. However, as you get used to the brush, you’ll gain the ability to create lines of varying thicknesses—from the finest to the boldest.
